Our traceability and cold-chain logs sat on one PC. Can they be read?

Usually. Temperature records/HACCP files/catch paperwork etc. generally reside on an office machine that nobody thought to add to the backup, but an auditor will still want them. Remove the disk, leave the machine where it is, get a quote first by phone or with the form, then send that single drive alone (tracked/insured) to the Leeds intake lab, or drop it off there (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm, no appointment required).

Will anyone come and pick a drive up here?

No. We do not have a van. We never have. First obtain a quote either by phone or by completing the provided form. Tracked insured post is faster than a driver who becomes stuck on the M62.
