The bench · get in touch
Ring the bench, or write it down here.
Tell us what stopped and what was held on it. An engineer gets back inside a working day, generally quicker than that. Rather speak to somebody? The line lands on the bench — no call centre, and nobody in the way of the person doing the job.

The small print, all published.
Every job runs under the same published terms — Terms & Conditions (PDF) · Privacy policy. The trading name Hull Data Recovery sits with Easy Data Recovery Ltd, No. NI625698, a company registered in Northern Ireland. Our ICO registration is ZC173784.
What people ask before sending it in.
What address does it go to?
Write Leeds Data Recovery on the first line, then 17th Floor, The Pinnacle, Albion Street, Leeds, LS1 5AA. That is the name on the building. Put Hull on the label and the front desk may refuse the parcel. Use a tracked, insured service. Your drive is looked at on the day it lands, and we cover the postage back to you either way.
Can I hand it over in person instead?
You can, though posting it is less trouble for most people in East Yorkshire. There is no counter in Hull. Everything handed over goes to the intake bench in Leeds — The Pinnacle, Albion Street, LS1 5AA — open weekdays 9am–5:30pm. Reckon on an hour or so west, A63 then M62, and no toll on any of it. Ring first and the paperwork will be ready.
Would an email do instead?
The form beats a mailbox. It drops onto the support desk with enough in it to open a case there and then. Would you sooner talk it through? Dial 0800 6890668 any weekday, 9am to 5:30pm.
Anything else to go in the box?
The drive, plus any screws or cables that came off it, and a completed shipping form on paper. Encrypted? Put the password or the recovery key on that form. Your mains adaptor stays at home unless somebody asks for it.
Nothing gets touched until it arrives.
Looking at it costs nothing. One written figure comes before any billable work. And the device is treated as what it generally is: the last copy in existence.
